     The Boy in Striped Pajamas by John Boyne is about a boy named Bruno, who's family has moved from Berlin to Out-With. At first, Bruno hates Out-With and wants to go back home to his friends and family. Then one day, as Bruno is "exploring" he meets a boy named Shmuel who is on the other side of the fence, where everyone is wearing striped pajamas. Bruno and the boy become friends, they talk about their old lives and where they used to live. Soon, Bruno found out that he will have to move back home with his sister and mother! Bruno and Shmuel decide to have one final adventure together and Bruno sneaks to the other side of the fence. Sadly, Bruno and Shmuel were never heard of again.
